At Tool Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a tool doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Tool Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
